- Participate in and implement the company's business strategy in Taiwan, Southeast Asia, or Europe, formulating the company's derivatives business objectives and implementation strategies.

- Establish and manage the regional business team to ensure the achievement of the company's overall regional business goals.

- Lead the regional channel expansion and KOL strategy implementation to achieve a complete link from B-side business cooperation to C-user engagement.

- Implement various market and marketing activities of the company in the region.

- Assist in promoting the enhancement of the company's related products.

-At least 2-3 years of experience in regional business team management and 3-5 years or more in the cryptocurrency industry;

-Experience in business collaboration within the financial industry and a broad network of KOL channel resources in Taiwan, Europe, and Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Thailand, etc.);

-Career-oriented, with strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit;

-Fluent in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in other languages preferred.
