Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
- Maintain applicant tracking system and manage recruitment processes.
- Develop job descriptions and post vacancies on various platforms.
- Build relationships with candidates and guide them through the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting skills, excellent communication abilities, and effective people management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work opportunities.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, team player, detail-oriented, and passionate about talent acquisition.
