We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our company’s staffing needs. In addition to recruitment responsibilities, this role will also involve various administrative tasks to support the HR department and overall company operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and assist in the interview process to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Reporting: Assist in generating recruitment and HR reports, including hiring metrics and employee data analysis.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in preparing and distributing HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding materials.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and training sessions.
- Handle correspondence and communication with candidates and internal department leaders.
Other Duties as Assigned: Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as designated by the HR Manager or team lead
Skills:
- High energy, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good judgment and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
Working Hours:
PH Graveyard Shift (8hrs/day, Monday-Friday US Timezone)
