Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience aligned with company standards and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sourcing & Candidate Screening
- Receive approved manpower requisitions from the hiring departments.
- Prepare and post job requirements on our Job Advertisement Portal and internally to enhance visibility.
- Facilitate resume screening based on the qualifications specified by the hiring department.
- Send interview invitations via email and registered contact numbers.
- Conduct initial interviews through Google Meet.
- Notify applicants of their interview outcomes via email.
- Create applicant profiles and endorse suitable candidates for final interviews.
- Collaborate with department heads to discuss and select appropriate candidates.
- Schedule final interviews, either face-to-face or via Google Meet, based on availability.
2. Hiring & Offer Management
- Communicate with successful candidates, sending congratulatory messages.
- Process job offers and payroll simulations, then send approved documents to the selected candidates.
- Dispatch onboarding requirements upon acceptance of job offers.
- Coordinate with HR and relevant departments for ID issuance and equipment allocation.
- Notify Project Auditor to schedule IOS orientation for Project Management positions.
- Coordinate IOS access with HR Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations teams.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring all pre-employment requirements are collected and processed.
3. Onboarding & Integration
- Prepare employment contracts, ensuring all pages are signed by the employee.
- Add new hires to Viber groups and send welcome messages.
- Guide new employees on onboarding procedures, including biometric registration.
- Introduce new hires to all relevant TGC employees.
- Endorse new employees to their respective departments for integration.
- Monitoring & Documentation
4. Track new employee start dates and submission of requirements.
- Create and maintain employee 201 files.
- Forward enrollment forms for ATM and Sunlife Group Plan to HR Compensation & Benefits.
- Update Employee Masterfile accurately.
- Organize and maintain applicant resumes, segregated by status and position.
- Review shortlisted applicants regularly to identify potential fits for current or future roles.
5. Accreditation & External Engagement
- Coordinate and process accreditation requirements with reputable universities and PESO.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to attract talent.
6. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly recruitment performance reports, analyzing sourcing methods and success rates.
- Maintain daily and weekly recruitment reports for management updates.
- Support the HRAD Manager in developing talent assessment policies and benchmarking standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, Canva, and virtual communication tools like Google Meet.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
