Recruitment Admin

Description

• Assist in recruiting and shortlisting candidates

• Assist with CV preparation

• Create and manage job advertisements and postings

• Conduct candidate outreach

• Manage calendars for interviews and candidate shortlisting

• Facilitate conditional employment offers

• Maintain and manage a reserve list of potential candidates

Requirements

• Highly organized

• Proficient in Microsoft tools (word, powerpoint etc)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Basic understanding of the business/consulting industry

• Proficient in Canva

• Willing to learn and commit long term


Home Office Requirements

  • Perfectly working headset and webcam
  • Stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps to 15 Mbps
  • Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X
