  • Greeting visitors / Assist guests, clients;
  • Must be cautious especially when there are visitors and other people
  • Keep logbook of all guests / visitors
  • Must have a friendly and professional appearance
  • Answering phone calls in a friendly and professional manner and directing them to the right person or department.
  • Other clerical jobs.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience necessary.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk operations, MS Office, and data entry. Strong organizational skills are essential.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
