Description
- Assist in procurement of goods and services
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and suppliers
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Analyze inventory levels and forecast needs
- Support the purchasing department with various administrative tasks
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding purchasing requirements
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or current students with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in purchasing processes, inventory management, strong negotiation skills, and canvassing.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in procurement activities, manage inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and conduct market research.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work flexibility; typical hours are Monday to Saturday.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communication skills, and a team player.
