Description
- Manage inventory levels, oversee procurement processes, ensure accuracy in stock records, and maintain supplier relationships.
- Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and monitor stock movements.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts and optimize purchasing strategies.
- Implement inventory control systems to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities and inventory status for management review.
Requirements
- Job Title: Procurement & Inventory Controller
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in inventory management, strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving abilities, customer service oriented, and a solid work ethic.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with occasional fieldwork; must be adaptable to changing priorities.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, trustworthy, proactive, and detail-oriented.
