Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Program Officer, based in Quezon City with some work-from-home flexibility. The Program Officer will be responsible for administering, evaluating, and developing STEM-related programs. Duties include coordinating events and workshops, liaising with educational institutions, conducting research and analysis, and supporting curriculum development. The Program Officer will also handle reporting, budget management, and community outreach efforts to foster engaging educational experiences.

Qualifications

• Program administration and coordination skills
• Experience in curriculum design, evaluation, and development
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Capability in event planning and workshop facilitation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Budget management and reporting skills
• Proficiency in using digital tools and office software
• Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM field, or related discipline
• Experience in non-profit or educational organizations is an advantage
