Project Management Virtual Assistant (PM VA)


Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Management Virtual Assistant (PM VA) to support our client's project management team in coordinating and executing projects. The ideal

candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and organizing projects, including defining project scopes and
  • timelines.
  • Coordinate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates on status and milestones.
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Help in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting notes.
  • Assist with resource allocation and management.
  • Support the team in implementing project management tools and software.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support project initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management or a related administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.


Hiring Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project management or administrative support.
  • Familiarity with project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
  • Availability to work flexible hours as needed - various US time zones
