Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day execution of digital marketing and creative projects across multiple client accounts
Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and scopes in collaboration with internal teams
Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, media, strategy, and development
Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary
Maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting notes
Support post-project reviews and contribute to process improvements

Academic/Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in project management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in project coordination, account management, or digital marketing (internships count!)

Required Skills

2–4 years of experience in project management within a digital agency or marketing environment
Experience managing digital campaigns or creative production workflows
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Slack)
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and platforms (e.g., social media, paid media, SEO)

Preferred Skills

Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
Experience working in a creative agency or similar fast-paced environment
Understanding of digital advertising channels including paid social, display, search, and programmatic
Familiarity with design production software and tools
Exposure to photo/video shoots and content production
Ability to analyze campaign performance data and contribute to reporting
Experience working with remote or distributed teams

Must be willing to work Tues-Sat 12 midnight - 9am Manila Time

Must be comfortable working Homebased

Must have reliable internet connection at home
