Description

The Project and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and coordination of various projects while managing logistics to ensure smooth and efficient operations.


  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects from start to finish.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timelines, budgets, and resources are adhered to.
  • Work with project engineers to set project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, timelines, and risk assessments.
  • Identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Track and update project, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Coordinate the logistics and transportation of materials, equipment, and goods.
  • Organize delivery schedules and ensure all shipments arrive on time and in good condition.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to support project needs.
  • Prepare and manage shipment documentation, including customs paperwork when applicable.
  • Organize and communicate logistics schedules to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, finance, operations) to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
