Description
The Product Manager - Lend-as-a-Service is responsible for identifying, piloting, and expanding new partnerships within the loans products. These loans types are likely to include:
- Loans to sellers on eCommerce platforms
- Loans to vehicle dealers
- Loans to salaried individuals, etc.
The Product Manager - Lend-as-a-Service is responsible for:
- Creating, maintaining, and updating the Product Strategy and Roadmap
- the overall positioning and strategy to ensure that the products are relevant, differentiated, and compatible with the Netbank Solutions that are being offered to various segments
- the feature and capability map and pipeline
- Performing product-focused competitive scan and market analysis
- Collaborating with the Client-facing units (Solution Managers and Solution Designers) to identify the product gaps that we need to address to make us competitive and differentiated
- Define what the competitors are offering and charging to identify which areas does Netbank have an advantage over and which areas does Netbank have to catch up in terms of innovation
- Component/Capability design
- Completing the Change Request Form (CRF) together with Idea Owners
- Performing the Cost-Benefit Analysis of components to be built
- Coordinating with the technical, operational, and commercial teams to finalize the scope of the features and capabilities to be built and delivered
- Identifying the User Stories and Acceptance Criteria that will represent the business requirements and serve as the guide of the Product Delivery Team
- Creation of the process flows to illustrate the expected technical and operational flow of the components
- Coordinating with the Control Units (Risk, Compliance, and Legal) to ensure that the nature and the design of the components does not have any exposures or risks
- Component/Capability Delivery
- Coordinating with the App Managers of the Product Delivery Team to ensure that the project gets picked up by the respective development teams
- Coordinating with the App Managers and development teams to answer and clarify any inquiries about the requirements
- Coordinating with the App Managers and development teams to ensure that the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is accurate and complete
- Coordinating with the Marketing Team to ensure that there is a proper cascade of new components and capabilities within the organization
- Project Management
- Ensuring that the initiatives are well documented via the Change Request Form (CRF)
- Ensuring that the CRFs are submitted to the ITSC for assessment, approval, and endorsement for development
- Ensuring that the entry in the ITSC Asana Board are constantly updated with comments and sub-tasks
