Regular Duties and Responsibilities:

Market Research

• Works with Brand to understand the Personas, customer needs, and wants
• Gathers product requirements and create customer journeys and champions user experience and design
• Conducts market scanning, best practices, competitive analysis, surveys, usability research, etc. to further understand the customer needs

Product Design

• Understands overall strategy and direction of the Brand lineup and defines product roadmap
• Develops the business case for new products, improvements to existing products
• Defines functional specifications, business policies, processes, quality standards and user experiences of products managed
• Designs user interaction models, workflows and user interfaces considering the overall customer experience
• Creates prototype that demonstrates and validates the concept or idea
• Iterates on the product based on customer feedback

Product Portfolio Management

• Ensures that the product roadmap is aligned with both tactical and strategic directions
• Updates the Product Catalog of Rate Plans and Add-Ons
• Provides regular product updates to Brands
• Oversees and manages the Product lifecycle of assigned products and services from concept to design, development, build, roll-out and distribution, activation, billing, maintenance, modification and upgrade through to retirement and decommissioning

Product Testing and Acceptance

• Provides test parameters for new and existing product that will be deployed
• Assists in Business Acceptance Testing together with the developers and the Technical Team
• Team Lead for Postproduction testing for Products that were successfully deployed
• Provides product testing signoff for all deployment in Staging Environment and Production Environment.

Education:

Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.

Experience:

At least 4 years of experience in the areas listed below:

• Product Management
• Project Management
• Product Design
• Business Analysis
