Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Engineer or Production Supervisor located in Calamba. The candidate will be responsible for designing and controlling processes, ensuring process efficiency, and implementing production standards. Daily tasks include overseeing production operations, troubleshooting process issues, and optimizing production systems to maintain high-quality output. The candidate will also collaborate with the production team to ensure regulatory compliance and continually improve the wine-making processes.

-Supervises the compounding operation & personnel

-Assists in the maintenance of processing & bottling equipment

-Functions as Safety Officer

Qualifications

a. Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering; preferably licensed

b. Willing to relocate to Canlubang area

c. Self-starter, disciplined & willing to render overtime work when necessary

d. With good mechanical aptitude & problem solving skills

e. Preferably with experience in process management and/ or maintenance in a food or beverage manufacturing industry
