QUALIFICATION:

1. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in machining workshop experience
3. Familiar with MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel or Word)
4. Familiarity with Technical Tools (Mastercam, 7QC Tools, SPC, FMEA and 8D) is a plus
5. Possess a strong sense of responsibility and leadership skills.
6. Knowledge on process improvement, data analysis & evaluation report
7. Strong one Ford behaviors
8.  Ability to handle high-stress situations without losing composure.

Major Function:

Specialized in defining fabrication process and provide technical support for machining workshop to setup new product, improve productivity and build up capability.

Skills requirements:

1. Must have ability to understand mechanical drawing’s dimensions, tolerances, and requirements. 
2. Able to estimate fabrication process run time and define process steps.
3. Extensive knowledge in all kinds of machining processes such as 3, 4 & 5 Axis CNC Milling, Precision Wirecut, and Grinding machines.
4. Preferably hands-on experience in precision machining.
5. Able to study and propose the most effective and efficient method of machining process and optimize the cutting path to complete fabrication parts in fastest cycle time.  
6. Need to assist engineering to develop Advanced Fabrication Technology
