Process Analysis and Improvement:

• Conduct thorough analyses of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other relevant tools.
• Create detailed process maps and documentation to support process redesign and standardization efforts.

Project Management:

• Manage process improvement projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of project goals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop project plans, and monitor progress against milestones.

Data Collection and Analysis:

• Collect and analyze data to measure process performance and identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Use statistical tools and techniques to perform root cause analysis and develop actionable insights.

Collaboration and Facilitation:

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, kaizen events, and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement and engage employees in process excellence initiatives.

Reporting and Communication:

• Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reports to track the progress and impact of process improvement efforts.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders at various levels of the organizations

Change Management:

• Assist in the development and execution of change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
• Provide support and training to employees to help them adapt to changes and ensure sustained improvements.

• Bachelor's degree of IE or similar
• Experience in Process Improvement and Innovation
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
