Description
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Coordinate between departments to meet production targets.
- Manage production schedules and inventory levels.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain product standards.
- Train and supervise production staff, fostering a safe work environment.
- Analyze production data and implement improvements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience as Plant Supervisor/ Manager in Plastic Manufacturing Industry
- Willingness to work with a start-up company
- Knowledgeable in Manpower Staffing / Scheduling
- Basic knowledge in machine operations like cutting, extruder and printing machine
- Basic knowledge in Excel and Google Sheets
- Willing to work in Valenzuela
