Daily operations and cross-departmental collaboration:

Closely coordinate with technology, product, marketing, customer service, legal, and other teams to ensure projects are on schedule and meet expected goals;

As a core leader of the operations team, mentor team members and enhance the overall operational efficiency of the team.

Oversee the daily operational tasks of the platform, ensuring the exchange operates smoothly and securely;

Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Management, or related fields;

Familiar with the operational models of exchanges and user behavior analysis, with successful experience in user growth or market promotion; e-commerce work background is required

Familiar with the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry, possessing market sensitivity and the ability to assess industry trends;

Strong resilience and problem-solving skills, able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment;

Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of seamless communication with international teams and partners.
