- Manage payroll processing for employees accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll policies.
- Calculate and report wages, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Maintain employee records and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Generate payroll reports for management review.
- Assist in audits and implement payroll procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in payroll processing or related functions.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in payroll software, Microsoft Excel, and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Process payroll, maintain records, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; potential for overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and excellent communication.
