Description

  • Manage payroll processing for employees accurately and timely.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll policies.
  • Calculate and report wages, deductions, and tax withholdings.
  • Maintain employee records and resolve payroll discrepancies.

  • Assist in audits and implement payroll procedures.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in payroll processing or related functions.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in payroll software, Microsoft Excel, and attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Process payroll, maintain records, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; potential for overtime during peak periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and excellent communication.
