Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative to identify and engage potential customers through cold calling and lead qualification. This role is ideal for someone who can build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects, collaborate with the sales team, and foster long-term relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Systematically identify and initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling, targeting a volume of 200-300 calls daily, to build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Efficiently qualify prospects by understanding their unique needs and aligning them with our solutions.
  • Schedule meaningful meetings for our account executives, ensuring a seamless transition and setting the stage for a successful deal closure.
  • Maintain a well-organized CRM by accurately tracking leads and updating deals. Ensure data integrity and keep all records up-to-date.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, focusing on long-term engagement and fostering client loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on targets, improve the quality of leads, and optimize sales strategies.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and qualify prospects effectively.
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and handling objections.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead tracking tools.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and align solutions accordingly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing leads and updating records.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Collaborative team player with a focus on achieving sales targets and optimizing sales strategies.
