Job Title: Operations Manager

Reports To: Program Director

Employment Type: Full-time


About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our culinary school's lifestyle courses. This role is ideal for someone with strong business sense, a passion for food and education, and a track record in driving operational efficiency and profitability.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of classes and events, managing budgets and resources, and collaborating with teams to enhance the student and guest experience—all while keeping a close eye on financial performance and growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the cooking school, including class schedules, staffing, supplies, and facilities
  • Develop and manage budgets, cost controls, and financial reports to ensure profitability
  • Work closely with instructors, admin, marketing, and kitchen staff to maintain high-quality programming and service
  • Optimize workflows and systems to ensure seamless class delivery and guest experiences
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies, equipment, and services
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements based on data
  • Support marketing and business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and revenue streams
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and operational standards


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management
  • 3+ years experience in operations, preferably in a hospitals, hospitality, or education
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for food, learning, and creating great customer experiences


Nice to Have

  • Experience working in operations of a school, hospital, or hotel
  • Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling tools, and inventory software



Job Type: Full-time


Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php 40,000.00 per month
