Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 3–4 years of relevant experience in property maintenance, facility management, engineering, or housekeeping operations.
  • Solid knowledge of housekeeping procedures and industry standards.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Proven experience in process optimization and efficiency improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • asic Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Analyze existing maintenance processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
    • Assess the effectiveness of cleaning schedules and housekeeping procedures, providing recommendations for optimization.
    • Develop and propose process improvements for maintenance, engineering, and housekeeping operations.
    • Ensure consistent implementation and enforcement of company policies and standard operating procedures.
