Description
- Drive online sales through online selling/delivery platforms such as Grab Mart, Food Panda, Delivery K, Tiktok shop, Shopee, Lazada, and others.
- Monitor sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Handling product management such as posting, adding product description, etc.
- Process customer orders.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the online store is always up-to-date with accurate product information and pricing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in online sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of digital sales strategies and e-commerce platforms.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, set goals, and meet targets with minimal supervision.
- Full time office based work in Timog Ave., QC Head Office
