Description
- Assist in managing schedules and communications for executives at HAKATA POWER MACHINERIES INC.
- Coordinate and oversee administrative duties in the office, ensuring smooth operations in our heavy equipment industry setting.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and provide support with special projects.
- Facilitate efficient office workflow and handle correspondence with clients and vendors.
- Utilize industry-specific knowledge to support equipment sales, rentals, and service contract administration.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field.
- Experience Level: No previous experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, exceptional time management and analytical skills, strong organizational abilities, adept at scheduling, capable of maintaining discretion, and willing to perform help desk support.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage office supply inventory, schedule appointments, support staff with administrative tasks, assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, and uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours, may require overtime during peak administrative periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent communicator, capable of working independently and as part of a team, and shows initiative in completing tasks.
