Position Summary:
The Office Secretary is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role includes handling clerical tasks, managing correspondence, organizing files, and assisting staff members as needed.
Administrative Support:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Schedule meetings and appointments.
Prepare reports, memos, and presentations.
Document Management:
Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Prepare and distribute company letters, invoices, and other documents.
Office Coordination:
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers.
Assist in office maintenance and cleanliness.
Data Entry & Record Keeping:
Update databases and maintain accurate records.
Prepare and process financial documents like invoices and expense reports.
Customer Service & Communication:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Act as a liaison between employees, management, and clients.
Address inquiries and provide necessary information.
Other Duties:
Assist in special projects assigned by management.

Preferably Fresh graduates of BS Office Administration, BS Office Management residents of Makati City
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
