Description
- Ensure the smooth and timely ingress/egress of goods, coordinating set-up and breakdown in a way that minimizes damages and losses.
- Manage our inventory with accuracy, employing proper warehousing practices and ensuring safe storage and easy accessibility of decor items.
- Assist with daily office operations, including report preparation, purchase orders, payments, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks to support the team.
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support the overall operations and help the team meet goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of work experience in an administrative or inventory management role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Open to working on weekends or holidays as needed.
- Must be willing to work in Quezon City.
