• Cloud Technology Expertise: Work with a variety of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud to support our infrastructure and clients.
• Client & Team Collaboration: Engage with internal teams and customers to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• English Proficiency: Leverage strong English skills to interact with predominantly US-based clients.
• Adapt to Change: Serve as a change champion, adapting to the constant evolution within the NOC environment.
• RMM Tools: Manage and maintain systems using Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools, preferably Kaseya, but openness to learning is key.
• AI & Automation: Implement AI and automation solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Microsoft 365: Provide expert support for Microsoft 365 products, with a particular focus on SharePoint.
• Legacy Microsoft Tech: Utilize your experience with older Microsoft technologies like Group Policy (GPO) and Active Directory (AD).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recent or modern Microsoft certifications.
• Experience working in or with a data center environment.
