Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, executing, and reviewing online activity programs based on different marketing objectives, ensuring overall activity quality, progress, and results.

Analyze user behavior to devise activity strategies that align with user characteristics and meet user needs, developing targeted activities for different user types.

Analyze activity data to deeply explore user needs, providing relevant evidence for the operation and iteration of activities.

Responsible for the regular analysis of competitor activities and tracking industry dynamics, as well as analyzing and organizing successful activities within the industry.

Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in blockchain exchanges is preferred, along with experience in planning online events in the internet and financial sectors.

Possesses project management experience, capable of overseeing project timelines and operational rhythms, and coordinating communication across departments.

Active thinker with strong innovation, logic, and structural awareness, pays attention to detail, has strong organizational and coordination abilities, and can grasp the overall picture of events.

Broad knowledge base and strong insight, with a solid foundation in copywriting and planning.

Demonstrates excellent proposal abilities, good collaborative awareness, learning capability, and the ability to solve problems independently.
