Music Curriculum Developer (Remote)

The Music Curriculum Developer is someone passionate about music education, striving to develop an effective and engaging curriculum that can nurture the next generation of drummers, rhythm performers and music educators. 

This is a fully remote position, and the selected Candidate is required to work independently and proactively while communicating with the Management team through virtual platforms (Google Meets/Zoom/WhatsApp/Slack etc.)

• Develop and document Music Curriculum for drumming/percussion learners across different age groups, for our team of Music Trainers to implement for various programmes 
• Lead changes for drumming/percussion curriculum development for our programmes to remain relevant to learner needs and changes in the music industry 
• Contribute to the effectiveness of our teaching by making appropriate adjustments in the curriculum based on feedback from Music Trainers
• Communicate with Management and/or Lead Music Trainer regarding Music Curriculum to facilitate teaching 

• Possess a professional background in Music, Music Education including but not limited to having prior education, teaching and performing experience 
• Diploma/Degree in Music Education/Music Performance or equivalent preferred but not necessary 
• Proficient in Drumming/Percussion instrument
