Description
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various machinery and equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory used.
- Respond to urgent repair requests in a timely manner.
- Perform routine inspections, repairs, and installations of residential electrical systems and HVAC units.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in electrical systems, air conditioning repair, and installation; adept with power and hand tools.
- Working Conditions: May require working in various residential settings, often under varying conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
