Job Description

We are looking for a Mid-Level Developer who can build different components of a complex web-based C# application, including anything from back-end services to their client-end counterparts. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop these components, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications on time and with the expected level of quality
• Collaborate with other developers and other business units in delivering a solution that is in line with targets set for reliability, maintainability, and availability
• Develop the system in line with the technical blueprint created by the solution architect
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Represent Taxumo in meetings, where appropriate

Skills Required

• Proficient in C# (at least 3 years experience), with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
• Knack for writing clean, readable C# code
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Skill for writing reusable C# libraries
• Proficient in HTML/CSS/JavaScript for Web Development
• Familiarity with Service Oriented Architecture
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
• Strong understanding of Git
• Familiarity with continuous integration is a plus
• Graduate of BS Computer Science, BS Information Systems, or any other development/programming-heavy course
