We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our growing tech team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products across both mobile (iOS and Android) and web platforms.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for conducting thorough manual and automated tests, tracking bugs, and collaborating closely with developers and product managers to identify and resolve issues. You’ll be involved throughout the entire software development lifecycle—from planning and development to testing and release—to help ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance and usability.

●       Design, write, and execute test plans and test cases for mobile and web applications.

●       Perform manual and automated testing on iOS and Android apps, as well as internal web tools.

●       Use tools such as Katalon Studio, Appium, or Selenium to automate test cases.

●       Log and manage issues using JIRA, and follow through on fixes and retesting.

●       Manage and maintain test documentation using TestRail or similar platforms.

●       Conduct regression, functional, exploratory, and installation testing across devices and environments.

●       Work closely with product and dev teams to understand new features, define acceptance criteria, and ensure test coverage.

●       Help improve QA processes and suggest tool or workflow enhancements.

●       Participate in release validation and post-release monitoring.

●       2–4 years of experience in QA testing (with a focus on mobile and web apps).

●       Experience with mobile testing on both Android and iOS platforms.

●       Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Katalon, Appium, Selenium).

●       Comfortable using test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or qTest.

●       Basic scripting knowledge (Groovy, JavaScript, or Python).

●       Experience with API testing using tools like Postman.

●       Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

●       Must be able to work on-site with our QA and dev team.
