The Role:

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to address business process needs and application requirements. Your daily responsibilities will include creating and implementing CRM solutions aimed at improving customer relationships and optimizing business workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to align with business processes and application requirements.
• Work autonomously and aim to become a subject matter expert (SME) in CRM.
• Actively contribute to team discussions and knowledge sharing.
• Provide solutions to business challenges and work-related problems.
• Develop and modify CRM applications to meet client needs.
• Integrate CRM solutions with other business systems and platforms.
• Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for CRM applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Stay informed on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in CRM development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong knowledge of CRM development principles, best practices, and customization.
• Experience with CRM system configuration and customization.
• Familiarity with integrating CRM applications with other systems and platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related technical issues.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.).
• Experience in .NET Development and SQL Server.
• This position is based at our Manila office.
