Description

As a Merchandising Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store’s merchandise is properly displayed, organized, and stocked. You’ll work closely with the merchandising team to maintain attractive product displays, restock shelves, and ensure the overall shopping experience is positive for our customers. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. 


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
  • Prior's experience in Merchandising, procurement or supply chain coordination, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Experience in quality control and supplier coordination.
  • Strong understanding of cost management, supplier negotiation, and foreign production coordination.
  • Familiarity with quality control processes, incident reporting, and stock allocation
  • Knowledge of industry trend, sales perfomance analysis, and merchandise coordination.
  • Ability to prepare and analyze costs, supplier production reports, and quality control evaluations.
  • Experience in preparing weekly, monthly and yearly reports related to supplier production, stock deliveries and payables.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with supplier, senior merchandisers, store team, and accounting departments.
  • Ability to manage supplier deliveries, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Coordination with internal team for SKU requests, product tagging, and merchandise allocation.
  • Attention to Detail & Organization
  • Keen eye for quality control, ensuring compliance with pre-production sample evaluations.
  • Proficiency in maintaing proper labeling and documentation for stock and payables processing.
  • Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems in a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel or other reporting tools for supplier and production monitoring.
  • 22 years old to 32 years old
