Description
- Assist in supervising daily laboratory operations and staff activities.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and laboratory standards.
- Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage inventory and order laboratory supplies as needed.
- Support training and development programs for laboratory personnel.
- Coordinate workflow to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Participate in quality control and assurance processes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate laboratory services.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to laboratory performance.
- Assist in implementing process improvements and new technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field.
- Certification as a Medical Technologist preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency with laboratory information systems and software.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
