  • Assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries.

  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or higher; healthcare-related training is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a medical setting.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management software (e.g., EHR systems).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
