Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist (Onsite | Project-Based)


Location: Onsite (Las Pinas) | Full-time | 3-Month Contract


Are you skilled at turning chat inquiries into actual paying customers?

We’re hiring a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist who can help boost our sales conversions by improving how we engage with leads through chat. Your role is to ensure more people submit their full order details — name, number, and address — and follow through with a purchase.


You’ll be working closely with our in-house team to optimize chat interactions across platforms like MessengerViber, and our CRM system.


  • Review and assess current chat flows and identify drop-off points
  • Develop compelling chat scripts that guide prospects toward submitting complete orders
  • Create smarter follow-up sequences for inactive leads
  • Work with sales reps to implement conversion-focused messaging techniques
  • Monitor chat metrics and analyze conversion performance weekly

Requirements

  • Experience in e-commerce, online selling, or customer messaging support
  • Strong copywriting skills — short, sharp, and persuasive
  • Familiarity with Filipino customer behavior on messaging platforms
  • Able to set and hit conversion KPIs consistently
  • Bonus points if you’ve used CRMs like PancakeBotcake, or Meta Business Inbox


Project Details & Compensation:

  • Contract Duration: 3 months (with potential for renewal or full-time role)
  • Monthly Rate: ₱22,000 – ₱35,000, depending on experience
