The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team by reaching out to potential customers, promoting products or services, and gathering customer feedback. This role is key in driving sales and increasing brand awareness through effective communication and customer engagement.

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a marketing or communication-related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate marketing messages over the phone and in written materials.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
