Description

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Set up and stock workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment
  • Ensure food is cooked and presented properly before serving
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Assist in receiving and storing food supplies
  • Monitor food inventory and report shortages to the chef or supervisor
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demand
  • Assist in kitchen prep work and other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent; culinary training is a plus
  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety procedures
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Physical stamina to stand for long hours and handle kitchen equipment
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
