Description

JOB OBJECTIVE:

Provide administrative support to the Department, undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail and monitoring.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Transfer Title Process and Fees Monitoring

  • Withholding Tax Declaration
  • Request for Payment - Titling fees/computation of processing fees i.e. (withholding tax, documentary stamp, registration fees, transfer tax, REAS for BIR and RD), Mortgage Annotation Fees, CTS Annotation Fees to be forwarded to signatories properly.
  • Monitor on TCT’s clearances per buyer and manage requirements of buyers per account. 
  • Request for pull-out and/or safekeeping of Transfer Certificate of Title for Cebu and Iloilo thru inter office memo.
  • Real Property Tax Monitoring
  • Deed of Absolute Sale Monitoring/Filing
  • Verify issuance of DOAS/CTS of buyer per account for proper notarization before sending out for buyer/branch copy; clearance to process transfer of title.
  • Memorandum of Agreement and Promissory Note for Titling Fee and Equity Monitoring/Filing
  • Request of Withholding Tax due for buyer’s refund
  • Overall provide administrative support to department head and help maintain the office and keep it running smoothly.

B. Transmittal of Documents to send to Cebu and/or Iloilo, Certification of Full Payment.

C. Recording/Encoding/Filing

D. Check email daily for any updates and request from branch

E. Client Inquiries for Transfer Title

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in an educational or training institution is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced educational environment.
