We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Legal Officer to provide legal support, counsel, and guidance in all matters related to the operation of the BITSI company. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of transportation law, corporate law, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

The Legal Officer will assist in ensuring that the BITSI operations comply with all legal requirements, minimize legal risks, and protect company's interest.

• Juris Doctor graduate
• 2 years experience in a legal role, preferably in the transportation or corporate sector.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
• Willing to be assigned in Cubao, Quezon City.
