Job Summary:
We are seeking a native English-speaking Cross-Border E-Commerce Operations Specialist to oversee our online sales of smart power equipment terminals. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with over 2 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase traffic and sales.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
Requirements

- Native English speaker.
- Bachelor's degree and either recent graduate status or 2+ years of experience in cross-border e-commerce.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
