【Main Responsibilities】

1. Develop resources within the Japanese contract and spot trading KOL/agent/trader community.

2. Responsible for volume and registration metrics, coordinating internal and external resources to improve user conversion rates and new user registrations.

【Required Qualifications】

1. Native Japanese proficiency, business-level Chinese or above, and strong team communication skills.

2. Over 1 year of business development experience, outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and ability to quickly establish trust with clients.

3. Strong self-motivation and execution ability, capable of continuously expanding the client base, with a strong desire to earn.

【Preferred Qualifications】

1. Experience collaborating with KOLs in the Japanese spot/contract trading sector, with existing KOL resources available.

Business Development (BD) for the Japanese Market

【Main Responsibilities】

1. Build and expand a network of influencers, agents, and trader communities related to spot and contract trading within Japan.

2. Coordinate internal and external resources to achieve trading volume and registration goals, improving user conversion rates and the number of new registrants.

【Required Skills and Qualifications】

1. Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency or above in Chinese. Strong communication skills within the team.

2. More than one year of work experience within Japan, with a sociable and expressive personality, capable of quickly establishing trust with customers.

3. High initiative, strong execution ability, with a continuous ability to develop new customers and a strong desire for financial gain.

【Preferred Experience】

1. Experience collaborating with influencers related to spot or contract trading within Japan, with existing influencer resources.
