Description

VIP Customer Service Responsibilities:


- Provide high-quality VIP customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and address client inquiries.

- Coordinate and address the needs of VIP clients, offering customized services to ensure a positive experience on the platform.

- Participate in communication and support related to exchange matters, ensuring that the trading needs of VIP clients are responded to promptly.

- Utilize tools such as spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) to organize client data, transaction records, and other relevant information.

- Maintain an online presence on Telegram (TG) to respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.



Requirements

Job Requirements:


- Experience in a trading exchange

- Strong communication skills

- Good communication abilities, patience, coordination, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

- Information needs to be responded to promptly

- Must be willing to work onsite in Dubai
