《Previous Salary Guarantee》
■ Monthly salary ranging from 300,000 yen to 500,000 yen
※ Salary will be determined based on experience and skills.
※ The above includes estimated overtime pay (30 hours per month, 57,120 yen and above).
Additional overtime will be compensated separately.
《Regarding the Probation Period》
There is a probation period of 6 months. During this period, the employment status will be as a contract employee.
Monthly salary will be 285,000 yen or more (including estimated overtime pay for 30 hours, 54,280 yen or more),
with additional overtime compensated separately.
There will be no changes to other benefits.
★ The maximum expected annual income in the first year is 7 million yen.

Annual income of 5 million yen / 30 years old (5 years of experience) / Monthly salary of 350,000 yen
Annual income of 6 million yen / 40 years old (6 years of experience) / Monthly salary of 420,000 yen
Regarding Bonuses
Bonuses are given twice a year (April, December)
