Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate has 1 - 2 years of HR experience and a strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding – Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Relations & Engagement – Support HR initiatives to promote a positive work culture. Address employee concerns and assist in resolving workplace issues.

Payroll & Benefits Administration – Help process payroll, monitor attendance, and coordinate employee benefits enrollment and claims.

HR Compliance & Documentation – Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and company policies in line with labor laws.

Performance Management Support – Assist in tracking employee performance, appraisals, and development programs.

HR Reporting & Data Management – Generate HR reports related to headcount, attendance, and other workforce metrics.

Training & Development – Support learning and development programs, including training coordination and materials preparation.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
• Experience in end to end recruitment is a must
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (GSuite) (a plus)
