1. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.

2. Work Experience: More than 4 years of relevant work experience.

3. Java Foundation: Solid foundation in Java, familiar with Java multithreading, concurrency, and network communication.

4. Application Frameworks: Familiar with mainstream application frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring, Spring Cloud, and MyBatis.

5. Microservices Architecture: Experience in designing and building microservices architecture, familiar with Kafka.

6. Spring Cloud Components: Familiar with commonly used components of Spring Cloud.

7. Monitoring and Services: Familiar with monitoring, querying, and service registration tools such as Grafana, ELK, ES, Etcd, and ZooKeeper.

8. Databases: Familiar with relational databases like MySQL, as well as NoSQL databases such as Redis and MongoDB.
