Hi there!


We’re on the lookout for an IT Support Specialist-MSP, A tech-comfortable, detail-oriented individual to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll handle Tier 1 to Tier 2 support tasks, assist in deploying systems and applications, and collaborate with team members to deliver reliable tech solutions across diverse industries.


If you're someone who works well independently, can follow and create SOPs, and brings a solid blend of technical knowledge and hands-on execution, this role could be a great fit. You'll thrive here if you enjoy problem-solving, multitasking, and continual learning, and don’t mind a little data wrangling along the way.


We would love to work with you on these key responsibilities:

  • Configure DNS settings, set up user accounts, manage domains, and create email services
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with vendor support on technical issues
  • Manage data transfers, including mailbox data entry and migrations
  • Monitor and track credit accounts for any flagged activity
  • Maintain meticulous records of technical assets and activities
  • Log, track, and manage issues via a ticketing system
  • Follow and help develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Proactively escalate complex issues to your manager as needed
  • Monitor system health and perform preventive maintenance
  • Keep clients informed and manage expectations through clear, professional communication


Non-Negotiables (Core Responsibilities & KPIs):

  • Data Pipeline Management
  • Monitor lead processing and ensure smooth flow from source to system
  • Track and monitor credit usage associated with data processing
  • Queue up the correct number of leads for each campaign
  • Maintain accountability for the following KPIs:
  • # of leads contacted
  • Cost per lead contacted
  • Mailbox Management
  • Create and manage email mailboxes as needed per campaign or user request


Requirements

These are the skills and experiences that would greatly match what we are looking for:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or MSP environment
  • Comfortable with semi-technical tasks and light development
  • Familiarity with:
  • WordPress
  • cPanel/DNS tools
  • Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently
  • Able to manage time effectively in a flexible work setup

You’ll be earning Php 20,000 - 30,000 (depending on experience)
