Position Overview:

As an Investor Relations Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with venture capital firms to support the company's financing and capital needs. This position requires being based in the United States, preferably in San Francisco or New York.

• Develop and maintain relationships with venture capital institutions, establishing strong partnerships.
• Plan and execute strategies to attract new investors and capital partners.
• Organize and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and other related activities to enhance the company's visibility and credibility among investment institutions.
• Assist in the preparation and refinement of financing materials, including investment proposals, business plans, and financial analysis reports.
• Analyze market and industry trends to provide strategic recommendations for optimizing investor relations strategies.

• It is best to base the Bay Area or New York for a long time;
• Have a certain amount of investment network resources and channels;
• VC/PE experience in some web3 startups is preferred;
• Fluent in spoken Chinese and English.
